Complete any required intake paperwork or forms in advance, and be prepared with any relevant medical records or current medications for the consultation. Do you take insurance?

Insurance and Payment Information

We may accept your insurance if we are in-network with your provider. However, please be aware that some specialized tests recommended during your visits may not be covered by insurance. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) can often be used to cover these testing expenses. For patients without insurance coverage or for services not covered by insurance, self-pay options are also available. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to confirm the details and specifics of your plan coverage.
